Overview
At an event, we offer guests the opportunity to receive their photo booth pictures directly via text message. This document explains how consent is given and what guests can expect when they provide their phone number.
How Consent Is Given
1. Voluntary Phone Number Submission:
• Guests voluntarily enter their phone number at the photo booth kiosk or tablet interface.
• By entering their number, they agree to receive a single text message containing their photo booth pictures.
2. Clear Opt-In Language:
• Next to the phone number submission form, we display a short statement that reads:
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive one text message from ESP Photo Booth containing your photo booth pictures. No further texts will be sent. Standard message and data rates may apply.
3. One-Time Messaging Only:
• We send only one text message with the photo booth images.
• We do not use the phone number for any additional marketing or follow-up texts.
Message Frequency
• Single Message — Guests only receive the image(s) once. There are no subsequent promotional or informational messages.
Opt-Out / STOP
• Although we send only one message, guests retain the right to opt out.
• If someone replies “STOP,” no further messages will be sent. However, since only one message is planned, the guest will not receive any additional communication anyway.
Message & Data Rates
• Standard text messaging and data rates may apply, depending on the guest’s mobile carrier plan.
Privacy & Data Use
• We only use the provided phone number to send a one-time message with the photo(s).
• Phone numbers are not retained for marketing purposes, nor are they sold or shared with third parties.
